Return Policy
We accept returns for refund within 7 calendar days of order delivery.
All sale items and items purchased at a discount are final sale.
Final Sale purchases are not redeemable for any type of exchange, refund or store credit.
Returns must be issued as credit to the original form of payment.
Damaged items should be reported to customer service immediately (before returning package).


To Make A Return
Please refer to the Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.
Securely repackage your items in the package you received them in.
Enclose a copy of the receipt.
Please note that shipping & handling charges are not refundable.
Return shipping costs are currently not reimbursed by Anna Laura's Boutique.
If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.

Refunds & Processing Time
Once we have received your return, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment. 
You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction took place. Your banking 
institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they 
have received the information from Anna Laura's Boutique.
